The dog’s name is Junior and he is a French bulldog. He can response to any conversions from his owner in any language. English, French, Italian and Spanish are the languages that this canine can speak.

His human companions are willing to talk to him and keeping them occupied during traffic jams. Junior is a very unique dog which almost can converse to his human owner.
