Miracle molecule that can help fight cancer, can be found in Tick's saliva.

The tick’s saliva can help cure cancer according to the Brazilian scientist at the Butantan Institute in Brazil. This is a break-through in research where the scientist found it while conducting a study on how the arachnid stop blood clotting when feeding.

The scientist stumbled this molecule, Ambyomin-X that kills malignant cells and leaves the normal cells unharmed. They have conducted some experiments on mice and rabbits not only reduced cancerous tumours, but did so without damaging healthy cells.

"Usually with chemotherapy, though it has a bigger effect on tumour cells than on normal cells, normal cells are also always harmed. And what we've seen here, even with 42 days of treatment in animals, is that we aren't reaching normal cells. So the idea is that side effects will be far fewer." said Ana Marisa Chudzinski-Tavassi, project coordinator.

This discovery could supply cure for cancers of skin, liver and pancreas. The Brazilian biotechnologies are looking for a way to approve clinical trials on humans thru Brazil's National Health Surveillance Agency.
