They simulate how the uterus contracts by contracting his rectus muscles. He experienced different labor pains. Early labor which is around level 1 to 3. During this stage, the man tries to breath in and out. At level 4, the man feels something that is pushing his tummy. Level 7 is the active labor, he cannot tolerate the pain.
