Let's make our OWN dragon ball!

Who doesn't know Dragon Ball? Everyone must have watched that series. What is the Dragon balls or the seven orbs?
Dragon Balls are the namesake artifact of the Dragon Ball series. They are orange, crystalline spheres with the ability to call forth the Eternal Dragon Shenron who can grant wishes to anyone who gathers all seven of them.
It come in sets of seven with each ball displaying the number of stars that signifies its respective number in the set.

Dragon Ball is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Akira Toriyama. The series follows the adventures of the protagonist, Goku, from his childhood through adulthood as he trains in martial arts and explores the world in search of the seven orbs known as the Dragon Balls, which summon a wish-granting dragon when gathered. Along his journey, Goku makes several friends and battles a wide variety of villains, many of whom also seek the Dragon Balls.
Now, this video will teach you step by step on how to make you own Dragon Balls!
Materials:
- Transparent Resin Pliester and Catalyst
- Mold (Watch the video on how to make the Mold)
- Precision Balance
- Resin Dye
- Red stars
- Fine sandpaper, Average sandpaper, Wet sandpaper
- Plastic container (i.e. plastic bottle)
Procedure:
1. Pour the Resin into a plastic container. The amount necessary to use the whole ball

2. Add Orange tint (Be very careful not to overdo it. You can use 3 microns grams to 500 grams)

3. Use a NEW plastic container ONLY mixing the amount necessary for the first half of the ball.

4. Add the Catalyst using the instruction given by the manufacturer (In the video it is a minumum 1.5% and 2% mas Catalyst)

5. Pour the mixture into the first mold half (It is advisable to pour it slowly)

**Do not put the stars yet. Wait for the Resin from gelling so the stars won't move. (For about 30 minutes)
6. Dipped the first star in the Resin so there are no air pockets in the stars

** Do the same with all the stars, and put them in your desired positions
7. After putting the red stars, place the top of the mold and then pour the Resin slowly through the sprue to complete the ball

8. Wait for approximately for 4 hours to remove the ball

9. Use an Emery to remove the sprue

10. To polish the ball and remove any unnecessary sprue, use find sandpaper
|

11. Before final polishing, you have to use a very fine wet sandpaper to completely remove any remaining sand

12. To polish the ball, use a plastic or metal polisher and a cotton cloth (to reduce time you can use a drill with a useful polishing)

13. And then, TADAAAH! Your very own Dragon Ball!
