A Computer Game Addict found brain-dead while playing in an Internet Shop

A Chinese man said to be suffering from computer addiction was found brain-dead after spending long hours of playing computer games in what looked like a computer shop.

Computer addiction is a bad habit developed by some people with their computer use and it may cause significant problems in their lives.

It is said to develop when a person uses a computer repeatedly as his or her main stress reliever instead of having a variety of ways to cope with negative events and feelings. Whereas brain death in a person means that an individual has no clinical evidence of brain function upon physical examination.

The video is a CCTV footage of the computer shop where the man was playing. He was seen unmoving, with the people around him unmindful of him at first. It wasn't until someone approached him did they realize something was wrong.

Rescuers were called to try and revive him but there is no confirmation as to whether the man is alive or dead. According to reports, the man had been in the shop for quite some time without eating or drinking anything.
