Carrie Underwood is expecting a baby boy!

Carrie Underwood co-host Brad Paisley, let the news slip during their monologue at the 48th Annual CMA’s awards live from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.

Early in the monologue, expectant mama's co-host spilled Underwood's secret while the duo hosted America’s biggest night Wednesday. Paisley begged Underwood to whisper the gender of her and Mike Fisher’s baby to him, promising to keep it a secret. It worked … until they started talking about Garth Brooks‘ return to the stage. They were excited, to say the least.

Paisley responded, “Hashtag, Brad blew it.”

Underwood, 31, announced her pregnancy, which marks both hers and his hockey player husband, Mike Fisher’s first child, in September. The couples were expecting their baby next year. Congratulations to this wonderful couple on the new Baby!
