The scientist have made a device that will turn a fruit into an instance juice without changing the outside shape. They called it vegetable / fruit shockwave.

It was invented by Dr. Shigeru Ito, professor at the University of Kumamoto and principal at the Okinawa National College of Technology. They conducted the experiment with the help of the staff from Pulsed Power Japan Laboratory.

They submerged the tomato wrapped in a plastic into the water. Then with the help of a pulse power they blow up the container filled with water. The result is much better than the ordinary juicer at home because the enhance absorption of nutrient with no added chemicals. Also, there is no fiction, no heat, and no contact with the air, which retains the shape of the fruit.

Aside from the tomato, they have tried it on cucumber, eggplant, and onion which have the same result as the previous trial.
