Chinese man ignores a dying hit-and-run victim, only to find out later the SURPRISE of his life!!
A Chinese man drove past a desperately dying woman on a side of the road who was a victim of a hit-and-run. Later he found out that it was his mother!
Zhang from Nanling, was driving to meet his mother when he passed a dying and blooded old woman lying on the side of the road.
He didn’t stop because it was just inconvenient for him. When he arrived at her mother’s house, she’s not there. The neighbor told him that his mother went out to see him.
He felt something was bad. So he rushed back to the scene only to find out that I was his mother.
Mr. Zhang called the ambulance but his mother was declared death on arrival and died because of her injuries.
“My car does not have a dashboard recorder, so I didn’t stop,” Mr. Zhang said
Later on, police had finally found the driver and admitted to the hit-and-run accident.
To encourage citizens to help strangers, the city of Shenzhen in southern China took out the country’s first "Good Samaritan" law in 2013. It puts the burden of proof on the person who was injured and harshly punishes those found to make false claims of injury.
