Pinoy Shadow Play Dancers Impressed The Judges And Got The 'Golden Buzzer' In Asia's Got Talent

Another Pinoy Talents left the Judges of Asia’s Got Talent in awe during the show’s recent episode.

The Filipino shadow play group called the “El Gamma Penumbra” have captured the hearts of many Filipino when they joined the local version of the competition, Pilipinas Got Talent in 2012. Now, they’re back to conquer a wider stage, the Asia’s Got Talent.

The four judges of the competition were so impressed and amazed that they decided to push the “Golden buzzer”. It is a very huge advantage for any contestant as they will go straight to the semi-finals.

Anggun was left speechless and just hit the Golden buzzer

Grammy winner, David Foster describe the Filipino group’s performance as magical and said he had no idea how the group executed it. While the former Spice Girl Melanie C got emotional and said “it is mind blowing.” Vaness Wu, a Taiwanese-American pop idol, thanked the group for a great job done. And Indonesian rock icon Anggun said nothing much and just pressed the Golden buzzer.

One of the members said in an interview before their performance that they need to be unique to be recognized because there are many great dancers in the Philippines. He added that their main goal is to inspire the audience. They want to show them a performance that will give them inspiration and strength when they are losing hope.
