Not all of us are gifted with such a flexible body. Some even enrolled themselves son gymnastics or other activities just to have that flexi body, but this man is really amazing and unbelievable! Watch how he bend and flex his whole body!

Meet Mukhtar Gusengadzhiev, a 52-year-old, Russian actor and listed in Guinness World Records as the most flexible man on the planet. Mukhtar is in one person a unique athlete, actor and artist, author of hundreds of existing formulas in of physical and personal development.

He was born in Izberbash, Dagestan ASSR, USSR, on May 20, 1964. He starte to be engaged in plastic training of a body from almost 26 years, but he already had time to reach the big success.

Mukhtar studied at circus studio Izmailovo, Dargwa Theatre Studio, Roman Theatre Studio Raffaello Sanzio and Actors Studio Company Cirque du Soleil, Montreal. Today he has played more than thirty roles in films.

In 1996, International Congress of Yogis in Canary Islands, Mukhtar brought in the Guinness Book of Record and officially won the title of the most flexible man in Europe. He has nicknames like "snakeman", "spiderman" and etc for his uncommon abilities.

Mukhtar as been living in thirty countries around the world, where he also studied and acted in prestigious stages. He is also fond of painting and music and because of his flexible body he can write and paint with his feet!

Before Mukhtar became famous and be included in Guinness Book, he was locked up for several years following his involvement in a gang of thieves. According to Mukhtar, he started his flexibility of his body when he was behind bars.

When he was finally release he worked for a year in Siberia building cowshed. And when he had saved enough money, Mukhtar bought a train ticket to Moscow and he was hired by a state-controlled circus.

In 1993 he was a winner of the International Festival of Arts Gran Premio 93 in Milan

In 1998 Gusengadzhiev entered in the Guinness Book of Records as the most flexible man on the planet. In the same year Mukhtar was a winner of international TV project Stars of the 21st Century.
