Caught on camera was a cruel moment between a Detroit McDonald's worker and a homeless old man.

Detroit McDonald's worker threw water to a homeless old man

In Detroit, Michigan, a McDonald's worker teased a homeless old man with a hamburger then threw a cup of cold water over him.

A fellow customer filmed the cruel prank and posted it online as it attracted thousands of views.

In the video footage, the worker was baiting the homeless man from a drive-thru counter window. He called the man saying he will give it a sandwich. He said, "Hey Willy, come here, do you want a sandwich. Come man, I'm going to give you a sandwich man, come on man."

The McDonald's worker was holding out a burger box attempting to make the homeless man walk nearer. When the man came closer the McDonald's worker, he was hurled by a cup of water by the worker.

The homeless man, also known as Willy, was really shocked with what happened which is really evident in the video.

After the video footage went viral online users demands for the McDonald's worker to be fired.

An outraged Twitter user, Christoper Charlton tweeted: Hey @mcdonalds please find this employee and fire him Foul: McDonald's Worker Throw Drink in Homeless Man's Face!

While one infuriated user called EvilAsh, tweeted: Baits him over with food only to humiliate a man who already has nothing. If they don't fire this morally bankrupt punk there's something wrong.

Another Minxypoo said: How much of an a******* must you be to throw water in the face of someone who is old, hungry, cold and homeless.

The film is accompanied by the caption: Videographer states that he did this as payback because the panhandler had earlier argued with a McDonald's customer.
