Vacca, a father and Army Reserve Veteran who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, had worked at the range for 18 months and was a "stellar" instructor with no disciplinary problems.

Clark County Coroner Mike Murphy told NBC News that while an autopsy on Vacca was not complete, he could confirm that it was a single round that was the 'immediate cause of death.
Social media was questioning about the tragic accident, with most people posting comments as to why a nine-year-old was allowed to fire an automatic weapon.
Lawmakers had remained quiet about the incident, no law were broken because Arizona law prohibits minors from possessing a firearm unless they are accompanied by a parent, guardian or an instructor, among other exceptions. Deputies said the 9-year-old girl was at the shooting range with her parents.
Meanwhile, the wife of the veteran gun instructor remained heartbroken as she and her children struggled to comprehend the unusual tragedy.
