The video created for the website www.cut.com features three cheerful, tidy older ladies, all Seattle seniors. It records the women’s reactions to their initial experience with pot.

The clip, which has gone viral, was recorded in Washington State, in the US, where the recreational use of the drug has been legalized.

The three grans share a bong as an observer watches how the react to different challenges, including playing jenga and card games.

After just 5 minutes, the trio is noticeably more relaxed and giggly.

In barely a day, the video racked up more than 7 million views. Gaston said he has fielded media calls from around the world. He and his crew take little credit, though.
