Woman goes deep sea diving... on her wheelchair! Incredible!

Sue Austin has been restricted to her wheelchair after an illness struck her for over 16 years ago. However, she has been inspired with scuba diving and later on developed an entirely new sport: Wheelchair Diving!

She explores the underwater world with the help of plastic fins attached to the footrests of her chair that she created herself with help from dive experts.

Despite her condition, it didn’t stop her from experiencing one of life’s most enjoyable moment of exploring one of the great gifts of mother nature- the world under the sea!

The whole project is a wonderful metaphor for the freedom that wheelchairs give to their users.
