A Seattle Pig thinks and acts like a dog!

A student attending classes at the Family Dog Training Center in Kent, Washington is drawing a lot of attention and not just because of her athletic skills but believe it or not this student is a pig.

Amy is a quick learner and very motivated by food rewards

The name of this pig is Amy Trotter. She is owned by Lori Stock.

Lori loves dogs and she used to own a lot of dogs, but this time she wanted a new animal to train.

Visitors at the Family Dog Training Center would hear a lot of barking of corgis, collies and Labradors, but they will sometimes hear a snort from Amy.

Lori describes her as the smartest “dog” she has ever trained.

“She is a quick learner and very motivated by food rewards” said Lori

Five-month-old Amy the pig has already graduated from the ''puppy manners'' class and has moved on to agility and obedience training.

You could see Amy jumping through the hoop, balancing on the teeter-totter, zipping through the play tunnel and retrieving the dumbbell.

Amy the pig will show her new skills during the Seattle Kennel Club dog show.

She and some of her classmates are also set to perform a 'freestyle musical dance'.
