Baby boy born with Jesus Christ’s Stigmata attracts thousands of believers. Is this real or hoax?

A baby boy born with strange red ‘stigmata’ resembling the injuries suffered by Christ, like marks on his hands and crown of thorn on his forehead, attracts lot of attention from Catholics across the Philippines.

Thousands of believers have already gathered around Quezon City General Hospital where the baby was born, hoping to see the ‘blessed’ child.

A microbiological expert, Merlyn Cruz Ph.D., says that the newborn child has a very rare syndrome causing this condition known as localized purpura that often characterized by skin discoloration.

Dr. Cruz said:

“I have to admit that this is an amazing case”. Only a handful of similar cases have been recorded throughout history, and it’s the first time on a baby, so the scientific knowledge accumulated about his pathology is very scarce. We are doing a series of tests to determine what these sores actually are and what is causing them to appear, but we have found nothing yet.”

The news about the so-called “blessed” child spread like wildfire, from the hospital and across the Philippines.

A lot of people already gathered inside and outside the hospital praying and chanting “Welcome to the Savior” and “Thank you God for sending Jejomar“.

Many believe that these mysterious wounds of this child are associated in the biblical “Return of Jesus Christ”, and it seems that passionate Christians are already calling him a saint.




UPDATE REAL or HOAX? This news is definitely a hoax! The new born baby in the image is not a boy but a baby girl named Danica May Camacho. Baby girl Danica was the world’s 7 billionth baby, and she was born at Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital in Manila.
