There are really strange and explainable things that happens everyday. Some of these are called 'Miracle' in which devotees said that the hand of God is at work. Yet another memorable event for these Habitue just happened.
In Sicily, Italy, a Virgin Mary Statue-Addolorata had been making several controversies and debates.
A Statue-Addolorata of the Virgin Mary in Italy was allegedly caught blinking her eyes and it was recorded in a video which started the arguments between believers and non-believers.
This incident happened in on 1994 as the annual Procession of Our Lady of Sorrows is taking place.
This footage that was taken by a 24-year old handicapped man named Domenico Di Martino is now making controversies and debate. Then he claims that his new video recorder have caught a very odd incident whereas the Virgin Mary was closing her eyes. But devotees insists that this event undoubtedly do happened.
A lot of devotees were also saying that they had the same experience. The video was forwarded to the parish priest. The news immediately went viral which led to a broadcast on Sicilian TV about the said incident.
During the procession, a boy who was diagnosed with autism that needs treatment was speaking with the statue. He said that the Virgin Mary was closing her eyes to keep herself from seeing the sins of the world.
While many believe that the unusual incident has spiritual links, miraculous explanations and such, there are also some that believe the footage is fake and a scientific reasoning such as camera focus and editing are behind it.
We have already seen related occurrences like statues of saints weeping tears or blood and performance of miracle healings. Others refer to it as a miracle. But is this real?
Nevertheless, despite these revelations, we should respect each others stand regarding this matter.
