Steve Harvey is known today around the world for his controversial announcement for Miss Universe 2015. But today, Steve is again being talked about over the social media, not because of his wrong announcement or something less noteworthy, but for something religious.
He has been a very successful comedian and host of "Family Feud". Steve has been giving every audience so much laughter until one video clip gone viral of his one side that we never knew.
Steve spends his time talking and inspiring his audience with his words of wisdom and encouragement while the cameras are off. After his episode on his show "Family Feud", he thought that the cameras are off, he delivered an inspirational message to his audience about the "JUMP".
“Every successful person in this world has jumped. Eventually, you are going to have to jump. You cannot just exist in this life. You have got to try to live. If you are waking up thinking that it’s gotta be more to your life than it is, man, believe that it is,” Steve Harvey said.
“Now, I’ll tell you why I call it jumping. See, God, when He created all of us, He gave every last one of us a gift at birth. He never created a soul without endowing them with a gift,” he added.
While he was giving his speech, Steve pointed out that his Floor Manager first started working at Magic Johnson's theater, sweeping floors in high school. But now, He's running the "Steve Harvey Show".
“Your dream is free, the hustle is sold separately. And that’s so true, you can never give up.” Steve said on his speech.
According to Steve, the "jumping" he was talking about refers to the idea of being on the 'cliff of life' and seeing others soar to far off places.
“But the only way for you to soar, is you’ve got to jump. You’ve got to take that gift that’s packed on your back, you’ve got to jump off that cliff and pull that cord. Not using that gift and just working at a job you hate, he says, isn’t truly living," he says in the video.
He continued with his speech telling the audience about the importance of refusing to quit your dreams and perseverance. He says, you have to take a leap of faith.
“When you jump, the parachute’s not going to open right away…but it ain’t going to open if you don’t jump.” he said.
Steve has been hosting the game show "Family Feud" since 2010, and he wrote on his Facebook page: “After I tape an episode at Family Feud I spend a few more minutes with the audience. I talk about jumping.”
