2 year-old boy died after being hit by a car while mother was playing on her mobile phone

A 2-year-old baby boy died after getting crushed by a white SUV in Zhengzhou shopping mall.

According to some witnesses, the kid’s mother was too busying playing with her mobile phone to notice that her son was already playing on the sidewalk.

She didn’t notice that her son had strayed in front of an SUV in the parking lot of the mall.

The 2-year-old boy’s life was cut short after his head was crushed by the car. The car was not speeding but according to the driver he didn’t notice the child in front of the car.

The toddler was hit and had been rushed to the nearest hospital, but didn’t make it.

The driver didn’t notice the boy and hit his head.

The driver of the SUV, named Wang, has been taken into custody by the police for some investigations.

It was not reported if the mother was also arrested and could face criminal charges for negligence.
