While growing up we realized that it is important to have a father figure in our lives. But it turns out "dads" have another purpose.. keeping us away from certain death!

These fathers seemed to have that superhuman reflexes that helped them save the day. Without them, most of the kids would have been pretty hurt.. or worse.

As children, we always have believed that our dads were like superheros. We watch them fly off to work every day and return home just in time to save us and help us with our homework! We always trusted them to catch us when we fall and they will save us from the bad guys in our nightmares.

However, as we grow up, a lot have changed. We no longer expect that much from our dads. We eventually stopped having nightmares.. and we don't even seem to care about monsters and bad guys. Sometimes, instead of idolizing our dads we end up rebelling against them.

A compilation of great dad moments, we can see how these dads catch their toddlers as they go off flying of swings, save clumsy babies from taking tumbles, amazingly catch birthday cakes as they slide off the table, and snatch flying baseballs with just one hand and while carrying a baby on the other!

Next time when you try to deceive your dad, well, you might want to think first who are you dealing with. These guys show have some serious powers! And we are luckier than what we know having them around to save the day.
