In Yogyakarta, Indonesia known as center of Japanese arts and culture, where a house has been put up for sale in an offer includes a garage, a spacious back garden – and a free wife!

Wina Lia, 40 year-old, resident of Sleman, Yogyakarta, is selling her house and her hand in marriage for only IDR999 million ($76,500).
The ad said that terms and conditions apply, and notes the offer is “for serious buyers and non-negotiable”. The house in Sleman, on the island of Java, is on the market for 999 million rupiah ($76,500).
The house itself is located in Randu Gunting, Tamanmartani, Kalasan, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The single-storey house was built in 2013, sits on a 523-square-meter lot and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Lia only wanted to sell her house first. But when she told Dian, a realtor, that she was widowed in 2000 and she really wants to meet her soul mate and tie the knot again, Dian came up with a very unique idea.
“I don’t blame Dian as I did agree with the tagline,” Wina Lia said. “Every time I fall in love, it fails, it’s happened twice now. My wish is to sell this house, but it would be great if I also meet my soulmate.”
“He just has to be a good Muslim and family leader. I also hope my husband will support my wearing a hijab ,” she added.
Wina has now done a lot of TV interviews since news of the sale took off on social media, and she confirmed that the listing is not a joke, and that she will consider marrying any man who buys her house.
News of the offer quickly spread among internet users in social media-crazy Indonesia.
But you can buy the house without the wife, realtor Dian Purna Dirgantara told Time magazine. “If someone just wants the house, they can have that."
