You do crazy things for love, right? This man proved his love for his girlfriend in a very unique way.

Ayan Zhademov, 20-year-old, was caught sneaking into an examination hall dressed like a girl. He was so desperate to help his girlfriend when she told him how worried she was about an upcoming exam.

Zhademov’s girlfriend (who has not been named) was terrified to take her United National Testing exam; the test determines college placement for Kazakh students. So he came up with a plan, and that is to dress up like his girlfriend.

He will do anything to help her girlfriend, so Zhademov took her place by wearing a black wig, make-up and her white blouse and grey skirt before sneaking into the exam hall in Zhetisai, south Kazakhstan.

Examiners spotted her and thought something was odd.

“We suspected it might be another woman that had taken the candidate’s place, but we never suspected it was a man that had taken her place. At least not until he started speaking. He tried speaking in a high voice but it was obvious then that he was a male,” said one of the administrators.

Zhademov was fined £1,400. But he was dubbed ‘romantic of the year’.

“It was stupid but very romantic,” Said Dariga Nesterove, a fellow student

Another student, Goga Korzhova, said: “She's lucky to have someone as brave as this, someone who will risk everything for her.”

Businessman Olzhas Hudaibergenov was delighted and impressed by Zhademov’s courage and dedication to his girlfriend that he offered to pay half of the fine.

“I only hope that his romantic moves in the future will be more legal,” Olzhas Hudaibergenov said

Zhademov’s girlfriend was told she will have to now wait until next year before taking the exam.
