Caught On Cam: A student was walking on a sidewalk when something horrifying happened!

Last August 6, 2015, a horrifying moment was caught on CCTV, when a street child beaten a young students by striking a block of stone on his neck.

As seen on the CCTV, the student was walking on a sidewalk in EDSA in Caloocan City, when three young street children were seen following him. One of the three street children picked up a block of stone and ran towards the young student and beat him.

The two started to fight when some policemen on the area saw the incident

Some policemen on the area saw the incident and tried to stop the street child which led them to chasing the child.

There are five policemen who chased the street child running around the overpass in EDSA. The young kid tried to escape the policemen and some bystanders who helped chased the street child.

They were running around the street while some vehicles are passing. After minutes of chasing, they finally caught this young street child and brought him to the police station.

The reason why this street child beaten the young student was not said on the report. Maybe there was a feud between the two.

There was also a report in the same place but in different barangay in which a 17-year-old teenager died after he was shot in a riot in their area.

According to the police in that area, those young teenagers are really a problem to them and also to some residents and motorists because of their street fights.

The parents of those kids admitted that they really sometimes can't discipline their children that's why they end up in that kind of fight.
