An overweight internet troll lost more than 400 pounds after abusing body builders online, who then helped him lose weight.
28 years old Jesse Shand, who lives in Michigan, bullied people throughout the internet from the safety of his mother's home for trying to feel himself fell better about his colossal weight gain.
Jesse Shand, weighing 700lbs, started trolling bodybuilders on an online forum. Then they insisted that he post a picture of himself. Little did he know that after he showed his picture, his life will change forever.
Despite how Jesse Shand treated the bodybuilders, they gave him tips and instructions on how he could get back in shape.
According to Jesse Shand, who lost his farther for murder when he was just a child, he lost over 400lbs and he would probably have another 35lbs of loose skin so he will only be around 15lbs to his goal weight.

Jesse Shand became a loner and a bully just before he began trying to lose some weight way back in May 2013. He admitted that trolling gave him a way of guarding and covering his unhappiness towards others.
