Watch Alden's BTS rehearsals for Sunday PinaSaya and also his first ever bikini open as a host.
Alden Richards is one the main host of GMA's Sunday noontime show Sunday PinaSaya. In this show, he proved everyone that he can't just sing and dance but he can also do comedy.
This noontime show was a stepping stone for him to improve his hosting skill and show everyone his 'makulit' side. We already saw that side of him on TV after he met his love team partner Maine Mendoza. And now, he was with today's best comedians and improving his comedy skills.
In the video compiled by a user from YouTube, hashtag | LolaNIDORA, we see Alden doing a rehearsal together with Ryan Yllana and Barbie Forteza for Sunday PinaSaya's semgent last March 20, 2016.
They are rehearsing a gym-like segment, in which we see Alden dressed in a gym attire also with his co-hosts. In the compilation was also his first ever bikini open as a host and it will be added to Sunday PinaSaya's segments. According to him, it was a real pageant with judges and special guests.
“First-ever bikini open sa Sunday PinaSaya this coming Sunday! It’s be a real bikini contest na I’ll be hosting and may judges tayo at special guests so abangan nila kung sino [ang mga] ‘yan. It’s going to be a long segment hahatiin ‘yung ganung segment into three,” said Alden
Aside from attending rehearsals and practices, he is also busy training at the gym. I'm sure many of us have noticed Alden's 'macho' body. Maine would always tease him about how big already his body is and that his shirt would burst anytime.

He has those toned body because Alden was going on a gym at The Circuit Gym. In the video, his coach was teaching him how to properly use those small barbels. And he looks like he was really serious and into it. Got to proved everyone that the title 'Pambansang Bae' is really for him.
