We often hear stories about employers abusing our countrymen who are working as household service workers abroad, especially if they are working in the Middle East. It is why we ought to think that working in the Middle East as a household is dangerous.

However, there are still some fortunate overseas workers who get to stay with a happy and violence-free families in the Middle East.  A viral video will show us a Filipina nanny and her two “alaga” (her employer’s children).

While having a fun time, the two girls and their nanny sang two popular Filipino songs; “Mahal ko o Mahal ako” and “Pusong Bato”. It is really surprising how the girls have memorized and sang the song like they really understand its meaning. They even know the basic Filipino words such as “Mabuhay!” or “Kamusta ka?”

It is a good thing to watch and know that not all Filipino overseas workers are mistreated. Good thing for her, she was accepted into a loving and happy family. Check out the video:
